Assignment Description
The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) training in research ethics is a requirement for submission of your DPI Project to the Institutional Review Board (IRB). CITI training provides you with information regarding IRB requirements. During this online training, you will be required to read and process information and to take quizzes to demonstrate your understanding of research ethics and IRB requirements.
You will be able to save your work at the end of each module, exit, and return later. You will complete two courses during this topic Social Behavioral Research for Students and the RCR for Social and Behavioral Science Doctoral Learners. For this assignment, you will complete the Social Behavioral Research for Students course.
General Requirements

Using your GCU email, set up your CITI account and register for the required Social Behavioral Research for Students course by going to https //www.citiprogram.org. Description of Challenges And How To Overcome Them
The completion of a DNP as a course comes with challenges and obstacles, especially when completing specific courses. As such, it is expected that the completion of the DNP 830A will also come with various challenges. One of the challenges is the complexities that come with data analysis and the use of statistical software for data analysis.
Completing assignments using programs such as SPSS can be challenging; hence there is a need to have a deeper understanding of the same. One way of overcoming the challenges associated with statistical analysis is seeking the help of an individual with experience and expertise in statistical analysis using various software.
A proactive approach of attending extra lessons with the individual will be key in ensuring that I gain appropriate or enough knowledge regarding the same. Another possible challenge is loss of focus and concentration. The course can be demanding hence a need for a proper focus throughout the duration. In a case where such a focus is lost, then the course objective may not be accomplished.
Therefore, I will seek the help of my mentor and peers, hold honest discussions with them and apply their suggestions in my commitments to help accomplish the goals and objectives.
