I agree that more than a day may be needed to complete all tasks when you are busy. However, it is important to manage time. Proper time management skills enable an individual to schedule daily activities. Also, resting is important. Limited resting time exposes one to fatigue and burnout. Therefore, recommended time management tools incorporate breaks in daily routine. Sadly, most people waste time switching from holidays to resume work (Martin et al., 2020). Besides, other people have a high chance of ending the day after taking a break.
Due to that, these people may prefer to work continuously and rest after completing their tasks. Understanding what works for you and incorporating the same into your schedule improves performance. Increasing study time is a desire of many learners, especially online students. Online students may be distracted by their gadgets’ applications and other features (Galindo-Domínguez & Bezanilla, 2021).
